Collected from trees, rubber is a natural raw material with high resistance to breakage and abrasion, which results in an ideal waterproof material for soles.

For our collection of permanent hybrid sneakers, we have introduced an environmentally friendly eva, which minimizes production waste. Sourced from plants using solar energy systems, where each and every component is checked and tested to the highest safety standards, achieving materials free of harmful solvents and heavy metals.

Some of our soles are XL EXTRALIGHT®. A special closed-cell foam material, the result of the research and creativity of the Italian company Finproject SpA, whose commitment to sustainability is guaranteed by its adherence to the Federchimica “Responsible Care” project for the Chemical Industry Commitment to the compliance with and support for Safety, Health and Environmental Sustainability policies and for adherence to the "Cluster Spring" initiative, which aims to create synergies to optimize the development of the entire green chemistry production chain. This material is free of heavy metals, phthalates, chromium, cadmium or harmful substances.

We only use paper that is FSC certified or made from at least 50% recycled material in our eco-friendly packaging.

Taking care of your new shoes ensures that they last longer, we recommend that you follow the instructions for care, maintenance and cleaning. You can keep your shoes looking like new with a few simple tips:

Product care .

We do not recommend putting the footwear in the washing machine or dryer, or using aggressive cleaning products, such as bleach (chlorine). For best results, clean your shoes right after they get dirty. Once clean, put it on and go out again to walk the streets.

We have created a small guide for use, where we give you recommendations and warnings before you start using our footwear and prolong their life for much longer.

Mexican shoe sizes are proportional to the centimeters your foot measures. We include a size guide printed on the dust cover paper inside the box to make it easier for you to find your size in L-A-D. If you are between two sizes choose the larger one .

Returns are free for eligible unused items and within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option to return or exchange the selected items as established in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Once we receive the products at our returns center, we will process the return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within four business days. We will send you an email to inform you that we have made the refund. Funds may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
