WHAT IS THE PRE ORDER OPTION?

Pre-order, pre-order, advance purchase or purchase on demand refers to items that are not available in our inventory (stock), but will be handmade exclusively for you once you place your order.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?

The delivery of your order under the Pre order option can take around 15 days to arrive from the moment you receive the order confirmation email.

ARE RETURNS ALLOWED?

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SHOE SIZE I SHOULD BUY?

Mexican shoe sizes are proportional to the centimeters your foot measures. We've included a printable size guide and simple instructions to make it easy for you to figure out your L - A - D size.

If you are buying for the first time using the Pre-order option, we recommend that you download and print our size guide. Keep in mind that we will not be able to change the size of the product since it is made exclusively for you.

CAN A PRE ORDER BE CANCELED?

Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled under the Pre order option (pre-order, advance purchase or purchase on demand), due to the time and resources invested in producing your product, however, once it arrives and you try it on you can always return it and when you comply with our return policy .

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE A PRE ORDER AND OTHERS IN STOCK?

If you want to receive other orders along with your order under the Pre order option. Send an email to contact@lad.mx requesting that they be sent together. In this way, the number of shipments is reduced and a positive impact on the environment is achieved.

If you prefer to have your in-stock orders shipped on a regular basis, you don't need to do anything.

ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR PRE ORDER?
